10:00 am: Official opening with Mayor Carola Schouten
10:15 am – 4:00 pm: MATCH Career Event
Meet employers from the port and related sectors. Discover internships, traineeships, entry-level positions and jobs, talk to recruiters, and get inspired by the many career opportunities within and beyond the port! Discover all the companies present here.
MATCH Challenge
Follow the interactive route past companies and complete various assignments, talk to employers, discover innovative companies, and get acquainted with the port. Complete the challenge and win a prize!
Gamezone: House of E-Sports
In this interactive gaming experience, discover how skills you develop while gaming — such as collaboration, communication, strategic thinking, and leadership — are also valuable in the job market!
Main stage program

11:00 am – 12:00 pm: Workshop by the City of Rotterdam – Prevention and safety (in Dutch)
An interactive workshop introducing young people to the importance of prevention, awareness, and personal development. The workshop offers practical tools and addresses current social themes.
1:00 – 2.00PM: UWV EURES (English)
Join Hans Cremer for an energetic workshop on skills. Hans will show why skills are becoming more important than diplomas and help you discover the abilities that make you unique. You will learn how to present and leverage your skills to increase your opportunities in the job market. After this workshop, you will have practical tools and insights to position yourself more effectively and confidently.
2:15 – 3:30 pm: Inside the Port – Decisions that shape the future (in English)
An interactive session exploring how choices within the port impact logistics, sustainability, and the future of the sector. Selin Ogis, Young Port Talent 2026, guides you through the world of the port using real-world examples and AI visualizations.
2:15 – 3:30 pm: Erasmus University – Building bridges (in the café, in English)
An inspiring session bringing together education, business, and civil society organizations. The focus is on collaboration, innovation, and the role of young talent in solving tomorrow’s challenges.
Afterparty (at the festival area next to the Cruise Terminal)
4:00 – 4:30 pm: final pitches and winner ceremony Port Hackathon (main stage festival area)
The best student teams from the Port Hackathon present their concepts and find out who wins.
5:00 pm: Building Careers In The Port – show (show area)
A spectacular drones and ship show on the water about building a career in the port.
5:30 pm: performance by De Bevers (main stage festival area)
